This service suits you if you manage your own expenses and want a structured, system-based workflow that keeps everything organised and up to date, while still allowing you to submit documents at your convenience within defined monthly timeframes.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Get started
Complete the short form to begin. You’ll receive your Bag Your Bills Welcome Pack, including your billBAG™ and pre-addressed envelopes.

2. Collect your bills and receipts
Throughout the month, place your expense documents into your billBAG™  as they occur.

3. Send your billBAG™ contents
By the 5th of each month, place the contents into a pre-addressed envelope and send using tracked post.

4. Your records are maintained
Your documents are scanned, organised, and uploaded to your secure folder. Your expense record is updated, and your originals are securely stored and returned annually.

THE billBAG™

The billBAG™ is the centre of the Bag Your Bills system.


During the month, simply place your expense documents in the billBAG™ as they come in.


At the end of the month, place the contents in the pre-addressed envelope provided and send it in.


Your records are then processed, organised, and maintained for you.
